A purchase plan designed to help buyers of a brand new Friel Home which is not yet ready for occupation.

We will instruct a local estate agent who has a track record of successful sales in your area to accurately value your property to achieve a sale in the timescale allotted for your particular transaction.

We will provide you with a recommended marketing price based on the Estate Agent's valuation and, if this is agreeable to you, we will instruct the agent on your behalf.

On successful completion of the transaction, Friel Homes will be responsible for the estate agent's fees.
