Friel Homes are offering shared ownership on selected plots on all developments. This scheme offers you the chance to own 100% of your new home for just 80% of the price.

Pay just 80%of the price of the property on completion and repay the remaining 20% when you sell the home or on our agreed timescale, whichever is the sooner.

This scheme has many benefits:

• You only pay 80% of the value on completion
• There is no rent to pay
• No deposit required
